The schedule is fixed. Classes, shifts, practice: anything with a set time, plus the travel to get there. Both live in Settings.
Goals fill in around it. Each goal picks where it lands: first thing, in the gaps, once you are home, last thing, or anytime.
Gaps away from home go to study-type goals first, so dead time between two scheduled things is not a trip home.
Everything else is open on purpose. The checklist is what matters; the timeline is just a suggestion of where things fit.

Schedule
Anything with a fixed time: classes, shifts, practice. Give it a place and a one-way travel time and the day plans the trips. Tap one to change or remove it.
Daily goals
The things you want every day. Each one gets placed around the schedule and gets its own line on the checklist.
Checklist items
Goals put their own item here. Dashed circles fill in on their own from what you log (workout, weigh-in, protein); you can still tap them.
Your numbers
Maintenance uses Mifflin-St Jeor at a sedentary baseline (BMR x 1.2). Every workout you log adds its burn to that day's target, and the surplus sits on top. Protein first, then fat as your chosen % of the day, then carbs fill the rest, so the split rescales when workouts raise the target.
Sync
checking...
Sign in with the same Google account on each device and whatever you log on one shows up on the others a few seconds later.
Changes sync a few seconds after you make them and again whenever you come back to the app. If two devices change the same day while offline, the later change wins.
Data
A backup file is a second safety net on top of sync, and the way to move data somewhere without a code.

Add to the schedule
Travel of 0 means it happens at home or nearby. Back-to-back things at the same place share one trip. To skip a single day, open that day and remove it there.
Add a goal
Study counts by the hour on the checklist. Gym checks itself off from a logged workout. A habit is one tap.
